Export Agent Services

Our role as a domestic export agent

We will provide export sales management to your company by developing a formal export agent agreement with your company. Generally, digi-escape does not enter into a buyer-seller arrangement, or a merchant distributor.

Our aim is to become an integral part of your online export marketing channel and establish a process of direct exporting of your products into a target market, using your company's website. (detailed in Stage 3 of our Export Readiness process, see our complete Four Stages of Export Readiness)

Our responsibilities and duties outlined in our services will support your export venture as an intermediary export sales agent.


What exactly is our responsibilities and duties as an export agent to your company?
  • we may travel abroad for you if required
  • perform trade market research (offline and online)
  • prepare an export plan
  • advice on adapting your marketing mix to target markets
  • source and contact potential buyers, and sellers
  • contribute in negotiating deals with buyers
  • take care of all promotional activities (especially, global web marketing)
and handle the logistics and documentation on the exporter’s behalf.

  • approach and survey foreign distributors; perform competitor analysis and gather credit information on foreign customers
